In order to join our panel, you must first complete the registration form. During registration you are required to give your name and contact information (including email address and home address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest and to send you samples or prizes that you may be eligible for. The registration form also includes demographic and personal interest questions. These questions allow us to segment our panel and ensure we offer you surveys that are relevant to you.

The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and/or username), demographic information, lifestyle information, as well as your opinions and preferences regarding matters that are relevant to the 50 plus market.
